My Experience: The product comes in a tin box with all information written on it.The tea comes in a foil pouch,You need to cut the pouch and empty the leaves in tin box.The packaging is sturdy and travel friendly.The tin box has inner plastic protection to secure the lid.The aroma and taste is wonderful ,non- bitter and feels exact same as fresh tulsi leaves.The taste is refreshing.I feel so fresh and active after 2-3 sips of it.I take a cup of green tea daily in the evening to flush out all toxins from my body .You should also drink 1-2 cup of green tea daily and take a step towards healthy lifestyle.

How To Prepare Your Cup Of Tea:

Put 1 teaspoon of Tulsi Green Tea and brew it for about 2-3 minutes.
Serve & enjoy the relishing taste of Green Tea.

Tips:

Don’t brew it longer,the tea will taste bitter,2-3 minutes are sufficient.
Add honey and a few drops of lemon to enhance the taste.
Don’t just sip,use their leaves for facial steam.Take 3-4 cups of water and add a spoonful of leaves in facial steamer.The steam gives you a direct shot of antioxidants.It will treat irritated skin and acne.

The rainy season lowers our energy levels.The change in weather and humidity reduces the immunity of our body ,makes the digestive system weak,inviting various diseases ,joint pain ,body stiffness .So ,detoxifying our body during Monsoon season is quite essential.

Detoxification means cleaning your body from inside out.Detoxing with drink is the simplest and great for cleaning and nourishing your body .Detox drink helps to boost energy,stimulating the liver to drive toxins from the body, gives healthy skin as well as nutrients to the body.

Detox Drinks are great to look and feel healthier.Take a look of my Detox Drink for this season below.

Cucumber – Lemon Detox Water.

This drink is simple and easy to make with basic ingredients that are available at home.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cucumber
Lemon
Mint Leaves
Water

Method: Place washed cucumber and lemon slices in your favorite jar.Add 10-15 Mint leaves .You can also add small piece of ginger to enhance the taste.Fill the jar with water and keep it in fridge for 2-3 hours.And your Detox Drink is ready.You can keep topping the jar with more water for 2-3 times.

This is my simple recipe of Detox Water.You can choose fruits and veggies of your choice.

Holi is the festival of colors.But playing with Colors/Gulal can damage your skin,hair and nails.So Today I am sharing some Nail Care Tips and My Five Favorite Bright Colors for the colorful day.

Nails are porous in nature hence they absorb colors easily and because of colors and water they break easily.So here are some tips to protect your nails from absorbing artificial colors and staining.

Apply Bright Colorful Polish to avoid them from absorbing colors. The color will come off when you remove the polish and bright nail polish will keep your festive mood on.
Apply Vaseline or Coconut Oil to your fingertips and area around the nail to avoid any reaction.
Cut your nails the day before.They can break while playing Holi.
